HOW HIRING WORKS HERE
Four conversations, no puzzles.
A technical conversation first. Not a quiz. We will ask about something you actually built, what went wrong in it, and what you would do differently. The interesting answers are always about the part that failed.
Then depth in your discipline with the people you would work alongside, followed by a conversation about how you handle disagreement, because you will need to.
We tell you where you stand at each stage. If it is a no, you hear it quickly and you hear why. Silence after an interview is a discourtesy we can avoid.

Where are the roles based?
Most engineering roles are based at the Bengaluru design centre. Location and any remote or hybrid arrangement is stated per role.
What is the interview process?
Four conversations: a technical discussion about something you actually built, depth in your discipline with the team you would join, a conversation about handling disagreement, and a final discussion on terms. No puzzle questions.
What if no current role fits?
