Does this site work without JavaScript?
Yes. Every page renders its full content with scripting disabled. JavaScript adds the dropdown navigation, the article filter and the copy-link button, none of which gate content.

Accessibility statement
This site is built to be usable with a keyboard, with a screen reader, at high zoom, and with animation switched off. That is a design constraint rather than a compliance exercise, and where it falls short we would rather hear about it than not.
WHAT IS DONE
Measures built into the site.
- Semantic HTML — headings, lists, tables and landmarks used for their meaning, not their appearance.
- Keyboard operable — every interactive element reachable and usable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Skip link — a keyboard shortcut past the navigation to the main content.
- Reduced motion respected — all animation is disabled when the operating system requests it.
- No JavaScript dependency — every page renders its full content with scripting disabled.
- Data tables — proper header cells and scope, and a labelled layout on small screens.
- Contrast — text contrast checked against the surfaces it sits on.
- Zoom and reflow — content reflows without horizontal scrolling at high zoom.
- Forms — every field labelled, with no reliance on placeholder text alone.
- Descriptive links — link text that means something out of context.
KNOWN LIMITATIONS
Where it falls short.
- Diagrams. Some technical illustrations convey information visually that is described in surrounding text but not in a formal alternative description. We are improving this.
- Long specification tables. On narrow screens these collapse to a labelled stacked layout, which is usable but more verbose to navigate than the table form.
- Downloadable documents. White papers are not yet guaranteed to meet the same standard as the site itself. If you need one in an accessible format, ask and we will produce it.
- Third-party form handling. Form submission is processed by our hosting platform, and we do not control the accessibility of any error page it may produce.
STANDARD AND FEEDBACK
What we aim at, and how to tell us.
The site aims at WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We assess it ourselves rather than through formal external audit, which means we will have missed things.
If you cannot use part of this site, please email info@faststreamtech.com describing what you were trying to do and what happened. Say which assistive technology and browser you were using if you can, though a plain description is enough.
We aim to respond within five working days and to fix what can be fixed. If something cannot be fixed quickly, we will tell you that and offer the information another way.
