CleverBell puts the person who controls a door and the door itself in two different places. At the entrance sits a door station with a camera, a keypad and an RFID card or fob reader; inside, an optional video monitor; and on the host’s phone, an app that works from anywhere. When a visitor calls, the host sees and speaks to them and grants or denies entry remotely — whether they are in the building or on another continent.
That remote control is the point. A resident can let a family member in, buzz a cleaner through for a scheduled visit, or open the door for a courier to drop a parcel inside and confirm it closed again — without being home. Access is given by app, PIN or card, and every entry and exit is logged against who authorised it.
