  • A Technical Content Writer would be responsible for driving all subject matter content including, but not limited to case studies, procedural documents, white papers, Video Content, content writing for web, accessibility writing and content editing.
  •  

    Job Description

    • You will also own the content marketing strategy for the company.
    • You will be a part of the Corporate Marketing Team and will be required to interact with Development Team, Practice Head, Sales Team and other business stakeholders, both in India and the US to create curated and relevant content focused on our solutions and services.
    • Driving the content marketing plan and executing the same for the company.
    • Use of company brand voice and messaging for written pieces to reinforce the company vision, mission, and culture.
    • Obtaining a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.
    • Building user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our users up for success (white papers, procedural documents, case studies, POV articles, blogs).
    • Collaborating with and managing expectations of various stakeholders like SMEs, business leaders, technology leaders and engineers/developers. Orchestrating discovery sessions with analysts and SMEs to understand the service offerings, technology domains and industries we service.
    • Content auditing for errors and evaluating current content to develop innovative approach for improvement.
    • Maintaining detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications.
    • Suggesting best practices and optimizations throughout content generation projects.

     

    Qualification and Skills

    • Proficiency in word processor programs such as Microsoft Word and Google Docs and PDF software such as Adobe Acrobat.
    • Excellent writing and verbal skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Experience with both digital and traditional platforms.

     

    Experience

    • At least 5-10 years of experience in technical writing, preferably with an IoT/Semiconductor tech company.
