Job description
We are looking for an experienced Business Development / Sales professional who has been at the helm of new customer acquisition w.r.t Cloud connected IoT solutions, including AI applications and Cloud Integration, for more than 5 years. You would be delivering end-to-end services and industry-specific solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify sales potential, upcoming projects and market competitions
- Manage and maintain customer relations
- Perform project costing analysis and update project information
- To attend site visits, site show rounds, access site conditions, and to develop proposals for participation in RFI/RFP/RFQ/Tenders
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Maintain existing business
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
- Handle and liaise with customers closely to address technical and commercial clarifications
- Establish unique value proposition of company’s product and services
- Conduct effective presentations to customers for Cloud connected, Automation and IoT Solution proposal
- Identify, propose and recommend products/services to grow and expand company’s existing products and services
- Achieve or exceed target set for sales revenue, gross profit and account receivables
Requirements
- Degree in any Engineering background or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- At least 7 years of proven sales track record to be considered for Senior Position
- Good Knowledge of IoT, Cloud Connected solutions
- Good understanding of IoT Application and Embedded Systems will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of protocols such as MBus/Mod-Bus/Bacnet/MQTT/Coap will be an added advantage
- Able to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment
- Good communication skills to effectively engage end-users and clients
- Dynamic, self-driven, results-oriented and good team player
