Skills Requirement
- 3+ years of experience in “US Recruitment” in either IT or Engineering field.
- Must be willing to work night shifts.
- Must have Sound knowledge of IT and Technical concepts.
- Qualified candidates should have an understanding of the US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full-time positions).
- Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based Recruiting Tools.
- Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates.
- Must have experience in working with third-party vendors to ensure sourcing resumes in a quick turnaround time.
- Must have good rate/salary negotiation & closing skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US clients’ requirements.
- Regularly interacting with the Account Manager in the US to understand the requirements.
- Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
- Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with a quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
- Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as headhunting, Internet sourcing, networking, and employee referrals.
- Must have experience in full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries, and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
- Ability to work as a good team player, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
