- Highly efficient in creating graphics & understanding the concepts of video editing to make them catchy.short & long duration ads.
- Understanding of the dynamics of various media (web, mobile, etc.), and their impact on developing videos
- Experience in illustration, character design, and design aesthetics.
- Be an advanced user of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, or any video editing software.
- Be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, creative environment with a sensibility for clean, modern design.
- Having knowledge of the video production process, especially in terms of lighting is a major plus.
- Should be a self-motivator and possess a passion to create valuable content for the company
Responsibilities
- Designing and creating storyboards, while solving problems creatively and effectively
- Creating video deliverables like corporate videos, eLearning videos, marketing demos for various media including web, mobile, social media, etc.
- Prioritizing and handling multiple projects at once in the most efficient manner
- Researching and analyzing best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics, keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Brainstorming with team members to develop content for marketing campaigns.
- Researching clients to understand their consumers, competition, and strategizing videos accordingly.
- Ensuring content compliance with company guidelines, deadlines, and design standards
- Being a good team player and also take initiative to work independently
