Key Responsibilities
- 7+ years experience working as a business development or sales professional in a rapidly growing company. Experience in selling Embedded and Software Services is both a Big Plus.
- A proven and consistent track record exceeding revenue.
- Possess superior client-facing skills; strong ability to understand customers’ problems and needs and relate the same with solutions.
- Prior experience in business evaluations, as well as gathering/analyzing corporate and market information.
- Strong closing skills coupled with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into client business terms.
- Good understanding of the Onsite/Offshore delivery model and the associated pricing structures prevalent in the industry.
- Strong value proposition, proposal, and deal-structuring skills & experience.

- Meet the profitability revenue goals, grow the market share, and provide customer satisfaction.
- Send regular updates to the management and actively participate in the decision-making process.
- Assist in Marketing and Pre-Sales activities.
