Job Description

 

  • Should have strong sales acumen, leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Should have worked on all aspects of the sales cycle right from sales planning, lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue optimization from existing clients.
  • Should have an understanding of software development for Product Engineering Services.
  • Must have IT Service Selling experience in a hunter sales capacity with a demonstrated track record of new logo acquisition and account must possess decision maker/influencer contacts.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • 7+ years experience working as a business development or sales professional in a rapidly growing company. Experience in selling Embedded and Software Services is both a Big Plus.
  • A proven and consistent track record exceeding revenue.
  • Possess superior client-facing skills; strong ability to understand customers’ problems and needs and relate the same with solutions.
  • Prior experience in business evaluations, as well as gathering/analyzing corporate and market information.
  • Strong closing skills coupled with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into client business terms.
  • Good understanding of the Onsite/Offshore delivery model and the associated pricing structures prevalent in the industry.
  • Strong value proposition, proposal, and deal-structuring skills & experience.

 

Requirements / Qualifications

 

  • To catalyze the business development in International Geography, by identifying the prospective clients for the Organization in technology companies.
  • Contact for any business development/sales activity for the International Geography.
  • Study various verticals; identify potential customers and generate leads.
  • Carry out marketing research, do sales forecasting, promotional planning, and brand promotion.
  • Track against targets and the budget.
  • Meet the profitability revenue goals, grow the market share, and provide customer satisfaction.
  • Send regular updates to the management and actively participate in the decision-making process.
  • Assist in Marketing and Pre-Sales activities.
