Embedded Firmware Engineer (3-8 Years) – Bangalore

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing power conversion products that are targeted for international markets. Your responsibility will include developing embedded firmware for control, communications, and monitoring equipment.

Technical Requirements

  • Sound knowledge of firmware development, able to work independently and also collaborate with focused teams.
  • Strong knowledge of C. Working with C++, assembly and other languages would be a plus.
  • Exposure to 8/16/32 bit MCUs, DSP, and ARM Cortex.
  • Have to work with diverse communication protocols- UART, SPI, I2C, USB, TCP-IP, etc.
  • Excellent debugging and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of hardware-firmware interface, alpha, beta, and integration test procedures.
  • Should have worked closely with hardware engineers in project specification, development, and validation.
  • Good verbal communication; excellent writing skills in areas of project documentation, test plans, reports, white papers.
  • Prior to publication history, the patent filing would be a plus.
  • You will be part of a core team responsible for developing power conversion products that are targeted at international markets.
  • Your responsibility will include developing embedded firmware for control, communications, and monitoring equipment.
